It is important to us that you love your order, our product made from the finest materials with a lot of LOVE.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please mail us immediately. We want to hear from you and will do everything possible to make you satisfy .

You can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 30 days of receipt. Please add your original receipt to your package.

Cancellations will be processed on the same day we receive your order back, It may take up to 14 days for the refund return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Sale items, special orders, custom jewellery, engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.



If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order and return your other items for a refund.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
